My idea is instant travel between places. Instead of taking 2 minutes. Since it seems stuff in this site seems to need a story behind things It should have to do with teleporters. Anyone who has read this please leave your ideas on what would power these to help out the admin at least a little. |

waiting 2 minutes is the same boring as waiting 15 minutes to regen. |

What if we could purchase 'mounts' , that shorten the time spent travelling ?
For example , a horse would make a 2 minute journey become 1 minute , while a dragon/roc/griffin/whatever will make a 2 minute journey become 30 seconds .
The game could also make 'mounts' as a way to generate income for those that have bought 1 . In the public services tab in each section of the map , there would be something like a Transportation Guild or whatever , where those who do not have rides can post their destination , and like the Hunter's Guild help mode , those who have rides can bring the mountless players to where they want to go for a small fee . Both players will end up at the same place , but for the transporter , perhaps he will get some money and Transportation Guild exp as an incentive . |
well there could be some sort of transport service... For example: when you want to come from one place to other, ther should be possibillity to choose a transport service that transports him quicker than normal but for some money. So whoever wants to travel can chose to travel normal for free or travel quicker for some money. There should be also protecting service possibillity that protect you on the way, for a sum of money of course (for example: mercenary warriors or m. archers)if somebody wants a safer trip. Price grows with every combat level. |
*I think it will definitely be necessary to add faster ways to move across the map as maps expands*. For our thieves fans some kind of transports could still be attacked imagine sea battles etc. For our travelers, they could hire better escorts to balance the fights i.e.: they get more help than just a bunch of monks when attacked by people stronger than them. Would make fights more challenging. |
Also reducing travel time would help because its annoying to see people who asked for hunt assist dieing alone at the other edge of the map when you starving for hunt assists in your corner of the map by example if you are at silent hill and the people asking for help is at yellow lake its almost impossible to rescue that person in time and yes it already happened even when like thousands of people online. |

I'm a thief, I placed ambushes on roads crossing Yellow Lake borders, and about 90% of my ambushes were against Caravans already.
And if it's such a problem for you, remember that any hero up to level 5 should travel instantly since he cannot encounter thieves anyway. |
they could make instant travel that costs 5 mana insted of 2 mins, 7 mana insted of 3 min, but you could choose the way you want to travel: 2 min or 5 mana... |
