yup, looks like max tickets number depends on the character level. about the durability:
"4. Players of level 3 and higher can choose one of the three available gifts - faction skill, an artifact present or a Master hunter license. The artifact's durability and the amount of skill points depends directly on the number of hero's "battle" days." (MH license is 30 days for everybody).
this is the exact translation, it's not very clear in russian either what exactly they took into account as "battle days"... i guess something like a number of days in which you have at least one battle made, but it could easily be something else.
don't choose the art, it's a crap. a simple amulet of luck with a different picture. |

I think it compares amount of battles, day created and such. And minimum fsp = 10 |
