Comparing donating to keep gaming running with buying gold from gold farmers is ridiculous.
In addition this game is a translation from Russian, no completely, but I hope features from what they are in Russian server will be added here during time.

BEFORE YOU SAY ANYTHING!!! Yes i know you supported which is good though giving upgrades to a game where its main goal play is player vs player is kinda unfari advantage. Yes donaters should get something for their monies worth but not where it would upset the balance of the game.
Unfortunatly not everyone can be happy.
I find it funny how Alloy addresses those who set up combats specified with "no upgrades" etc as cowards yet we dont play with higher tiered troops to gain an unfair advantage...Yes it is unfair for one person to get leverage over another.
Im all for donaters getting something for their contribution but not something that would impact a large portion on the game like the battles.
Atleast make restrictions for Tournaments because everyone should have an equal chance to winning. It should come down to skill not money.

i rarely go on the forum, because sometimes it is like banging the head on the wall :) everybody will stick to their own opinion and will not change !
i am myself a diamond user : i paid to get upgrade with cross.
i did not used in batles when ppl said "no upgrade unit" (same as no arts batle) because i understand some player frustation with it
now , i do not understand ppl complaigning in batle if i come with upgrade, and nothing was mention before hand.
of course, the one that complaints are usually in oposit team!
now, i got the diamonds because i wanted to help the ppl that make that game : because i think it is great !
for the competition, as a lvl8, theire was no updgrade to take, but i would not take them if that was the case, because all player would have jump on me !
now, it is a free game, if you do not like the diamond system, and you hate ppl using them, well, stop playing the game !

After all in every free game with a donating/premium system there're "free gamers" who cry periodically against premium users. This discussion is as sterile as the moon | Playing online games requires money. The way I see it you have two options.
1. Play a game with a monthly subscription.
2. Play a free game but know that donators in these games get an advantage. If they don't, there would not be enough donators to support the costs of the game.
Actually some of the free games I've played seems to end up where in order to stay competitive you would need to be paying much more than a monthly subscription to a pay game. At least this game is pretty good on that (except for the thief invite), although I guess you can put lots of money if you were exchanging diamonds for gold.
So, if you donate money thanks for supporting this game. If you don't donate, thank the donators for supporting this game so you can play for free.
Last but not least, I do not believe I'm an elitist because I donate. If people ask for no diamond units, I would not join in the battle. I wouldn't even join in a ridiculous battle that the creator specified no mini arts. | Diamond players do help maintain and develop the game. I think nobody should say anything against them. But actually nobody here said that he hates diamond players. If you don't want to play with them, just add a description "No diamond upgrade" and most of the diamond players won't join such a game (although there are still some who will ignore any description).
For tournaments, from my experience, diamond players even put themselves in worse situation. For example, in lv7 blindfold combat, a darkelf with shrews will get killed first in most cases because everybody else is afraid of the shrews and all fires will be put on shrews. The advantage for diamond players lies in duel game. However for lv8 players, diamond players get nothing. |
