I'm lvl 7 but how come I cannot buy Steel Cuirass as armour?
When I go artifact, it did not show me where to get on map.
How do I buy 1?

u must have enough resources 1st
then the 'buy' button will show up at arts shop |
Go to Artifact Shop
Make sure you have : 8,000 golds, 10 Ore & 10 Mercury (the price of steel cuirass).
The link "Buy" will appear |
