I have read this in F.A.Q.:
25. I got a faction skill level-up, but didn't get my +1 defense! What's going on?
Faction skill bonuses only affect creatures of that faction, therefore are granted to them, not to your hero.

This means that my mino and rogues,.. got +1 attack, +1% initiative for 4th level ?
I'm asking because in decription of creatures looks like they have the same attack and initiative as before .... | | Compare your creatures(on recruiting page) with general creatures(from hunt records for example) The difference should be there. |
