3.21. Any banking business or bookmaker activity is prohibited without gaining the appropriate license from Administration.
Banking business - granting loans with interest, receiving money from other players on deposit accounts or any other bank operations.
Bookmaker activity - taking bets on sports or other events with paying the winnings in money's worth. |

Yes you are as long as they don't charge intrest as that would be a banking business as described above, but remember
"3.17. The Administration does not take responsibility for the unreturned debts and does not guarantee compensation in case of swindling by other players. When a loan is not returned in time, (the time must be written in the transfer logs) the swindler will be imposed a penalty of a sum twice as much.
As they have a rule stating what happens when someone doesn't pay a loan back it must be ok to lend and borrow money as long as no intrest is charged. |

You aren't allowed to beg. If you do find someone who'd lend you gold( your friend, clanmates, etc.) you have to return as much gold as you've been given. Not more, and definetly no less :) Unless they make you a present :) |
