| Do you have to have all 30,000 to send the application and if not when do you have to pay? | You have to pay 10,000 for registration, but this is bound to admin approval. Since it's done manually, it may take any time - from days to weeks to months.
Once the registration is approved, 20,000 gold are taken from the clan leader account. If he/she has no such gold at the right time, the clan creation is delayed until the 20,000 gold can be paid (and the sum is automatically withdrawn)
