A: Click on the broken (0 durability) artifact to see it's full repair cost (at the bottom)
Calculate my repair fee as (0.7 * original repairing cost) or (0.8 * original repairing cost)and transfer it to Shebali (with an appropriate coment, like 'repair XXX')
