everthing that is transferred from a player to another without paying must be returned in one month to prevent get banned?

Same goes for TGI. If A rents TGI to B, and B doesn't return it in a month, A has evry right to post a complain in CaA, and B will either be fined, or blocked. Exact terms are usually specified beteween parties before TGI is sent.
