Hi, Arctic, welcome back. :)
The only reason I suggest this, is because I think the development of this game is too slow.
If the reason for slow development is lack of resources, man power or time, then I think replicating the Russian server into this one is better than abandoning this server.
If Admins still plan or still working for new thing for this server, then we all will wait for that.
When we are waiting for that progress, I hope Admins would like to write one or two messages, explaining us what's going on.
At least don't just leave us with big question mark like now.
I really hope that Arctic will be back as a representative of Admins again.
I'm not sure any of the rule changes on .ru are an improvement.
I'm more looking forward to stuff like contests and tournaments. Oh, and the more powerful critters and spells, of course.

I'm talking about the higher level creatures and upgrades and the extension of the leveling-experience tables. I don't suppose there will be any difference there anyway, that is pretty much standard. True, it will not make such a difference in the gameplay since nobody is at the point of using them yet, but they will make a huge difference in showing players that the admins are actually working on this project still and haven't abandoned us, as well as give us something more to covet and level up for. I know that the feeling of being neglected has driven away many players and the very existence of the Russian server and comparisons to it is not helping the situation. Moreover, as some already said, it would be good for the admins to make an announcement from time to time, if only to say "Hey, we are still here, we are lazy but work is done albeit very slowly so be patient" (no offense to the admins.
