No. They are moved back in the que, and they might be accepted later, when you do have the gold. It takes much longer though. |

The answer is, in fact, Yes. =) As long as you have the app fee, you can launch your app, and it will be accepted, pending among other apps expecting to be approved once you get the 20k. |

Not the minute you get 20k, rather it won't be accepted if you don't have 20k.
