sometimes i meet some player who breaking the rules like illegal transfer, use arts in battle no arts, etc..
can i report them? |
use arts in battle no arts are not breaking the rules. battle description is just a request, not an obligation
illegal transfer break the rules, put it in complaints and application. admin will take care of the rest
foul language in PM should be replied to secretary, i think |
