| Is there any item that guarantees speed bonus? Not initiative but speed. I checked skills and abilities and it is only possible by talent. But what about items? | full thief set

It has been speculated that nonexistant atm faction skill 10 might give +1 to speed, but it's all, well, speculation :) And faction skill 10 is nonexistant atm :) | | Yes, you are right.
