Ok so at lvl 3 i can equip mini artys to monsters. What equipment is there, does it cost? etc

For Initative,
+4 initative and you already have 10..
does it give you 14 initiative? or 10.4? | It gives 10.4.
For slower units like golems, +0.4% initiative might only bring them to 7.3. | | Ok, thanks for the help.. |
