| Both side must pay 3k.Your brother had pay.Now you need to pay.Just select the same thing.Example your brother choose to be sibling.You need to click sibling as well. |
I think you both need to go to registry office, one applies for brotherhood, the other one confirms it.
Of course, any input from those who have registered relations before would be appretiated ;) |
