for CGSMCMLXXV:
wasn't it your clan about no arts combats?
true, it was. but, not any more.
now, had changes to a clan that gather a group of people, who knows, how to read the battle description (& respect the match creator) before joining a group battle.
famous clan #191
really? thanks anyway.
you made so much advertisement
not really, i don't talk much about my clan in forum.
for Sven91:
If someone needs hunters assistance, are you going to help him then?
i will. | for Laurentio:
Isn't selling and buy a new one still cheaper?
not really.
repair cost for arts that can buy from the shop is only 40%
if your repair skill is level 4, that mean you can fix 50%
you have your art 50% fix with only 40% of the cost. | repair cost for arts that can buy from the shop is only 40%

Maybe I'm forgetting something, if so correct me.
Cost of a Defender Shield (considering materials) = 3425
Cost to repair = 1360 (40%)
Gain for selling a 0 duration one = 2225 (65%)
So, cost to buy a new one after selling the old one = 1200 (35%) for 40/40
That is 30 gold for each use, compared to 340 (max, 10% repair) to 38 (min, 90% repair) due to repairs. | for Laurentio:
you sure haven't forgotten about the gold you get when you sell 0/39 durability defender shield right? =p | for Laurentio:

More accurately, I'm level 5 so I never repaired anything. I was asking for a reason... (looking away innocently).
But still makes only little sense to me. I supposed the purpose of repairing an item was to continually repair it until it's useless. I guess I'll understand better in a few days, when I gain the level 6. | continually repair of course it will bring less advantage, in fact, disadvantage. take the easiest one, hunter arts. At first, with 50% skill, you can get 5/9 durability once it is repaired. But if you keep on repairing it, when the maximum durability reached 4, the 50% skill repair can only give you 2 durability instead of 5. so, its yours to decide when to stop repairing | Isn't selling and buy a new one still cheaper?
Depends on how much the smith is asking, in relation to their repairing ability.
For example - if smith can do 40% repair for 30% it's cheaper to repair than to buy new stuff - at least for the first few repairs.
Generaly, X%/(X-10)% repair/cost ration makes it cheaper to repair than to buy new stuff Probably X%/(X-5)% works too, but that needs some calculating ;) |
