How can 18 gargoyls with attack 4 and damage 1-1 deal 21 damage to a stack with defense 2? |
see this : https://www.lordswm.com/help.php?section=34 |
I saw this but it still makes no sense.
there were 18 gargs so 18 damage + 10% bonus for attack/defense difference
makes a total of 19,8 or 20. why 21 then? |
There are many ways it could have happened. The gargoyles or the target were under effect of a spell, the gargoyle had an enchantment effect (e.g. +5% earth damage) etc.
But if you are referring to this combat,

you are forgetting that Gargoyles have Rage. By the time they dealt 18 damage to your wolves, their attack was already 5. |

near the end of the battle, gargoyle 5 attack 1 mino and deal 4 damage. but when my mino attack the 5 garg, the garg retaliate and deal 6 damage. I thought that the garg would deal another 4 damage right? because the garg didn't get enraged and the attack happen directly after 4 damage |
sorry double post
forgot to ask, so does this garg doesn't actually have 1-1 damage, but like 0.5-1.5 damage? |
nah. it says 1-1. maybe you saw 0.5-1 because it was under a spell |
it is not. besides, what spell? if its 1-1, curse has no use, while weakness/chastise no one has it |
