Hunting arts have bonus damages to neutrals. So my question is what are considered neutrals?
I know that fighting against other players isn't considered neutral, but what about the following fights?
Neutral Fights:
1. Hunts are considered neutral
2. Merc Quests?
3. Dragons?
4. Thief fights ambushing caravans?
