What's 3rd 4th 5th ???
and is it really good to have
Basic adv Exp Magic ??? | 3rd 4th 5th level of magic spell (such as fireball, etc)
you need the talent basic chaos magic to learn lvl3 chaos magic spell, adv to learn lvl4, and expert to learn lvl5
same with other school of magic
you also have to build magic guild lvl 3, 4, and 5 of the respective school
