Wherever you work, you work for 1 hour. So it's Lab for 1 hour for 175 gold, or ore pit for 170 gold. Lab is better. :)
Machining and Production are generally better still...when you can find the work. |

nope, highest is 205 per hour for labour guild level '0' except when the lighthouse and pier were available at 230 per hour.
You can increase your wage by increasing your labour guild level. See the productivity multiplier in the labour guild table here....
