It's miniarts. You'll be able to make them, eventually.

That's an ine of Wizard's ini-artifacts.
The purple pebble eans they are mono mini-artifacts, yellow crystal stans for double, and a green tristar is for triple ones.
Mini-artifact effects are hidden from other players and are only revealed in combat. |

for MagicalBonds:
make sure you build 1 mini arts per creature. as in 3 gramlins would need 3 arts. though it stops at 30. once you have 30 it doesn't matter how many creature that you try to put it on.
you can't get double (or tripple which is a green thing) till you have higher racial skill.

Read the manual about what you need to equip mini-artifacts. Thy can be read in the Artifact foundry directly, or in the manual.
