Each artifact has its own ammunition points, and you need to wear a total of at least your level (in your case 5)
(for 1-4 this doesnt count)
An example:

Ammunition points: 6
So if you wear those 2 artifacts you have 7 AP, and thats more then 5, so enough to start a fight |
