AuthorWho to kill first?
Do you have any advice on who to attack first?

I know I should attack first with archers and take out their archers..
but when it comes to the rest of the army..

Should I go for creatures with lower HP, or creatures that can cause more damage but are slow to die (like minotaurs).. in short.. what should tell me the priorities of whom to kill first?
Well you could try going for the most dangerous ones. And if you are fighting a barb do not shoot the orcs. With your archers shoot as many wolfs as you can

Not needed. Your swordsmen can take care of the wolves, but make sure their wolf can't attack twice without your retaliation. Your bowmen can kill their orcs in a match even though they're slower.
But I agree with Ordinary on going for the most dangerous ones. If you don't attack them, they'll attack you, so you might as well attack them first. I recommend taking their retaliation first with farmers if you can, though.
it varys on who you fight and their numbers, but generally at your Lv

-necros, I try to take out ghost, and zombies
-Elves it's bowmen and then their FKS
-Barbarian, it's their orcs then then ogres/wolf raiders
-Wizards, Golems then gargs, but Gemlins first if they have a lot
-Dark Elf, rouges, minos/maybe bandits if they happen to have a lot.
-Knights, Bowmen, Swords, then farmers.
-demons, Wolf hounds, Demons

this is just generally what I find to work ok, it's subject to change depending on how your opponent(s) recruited their army ex) elf has a lot of Faries and few FKs

You see. If you take out wolfs who is quite dangerous with theit double hit. There would be noone to protect orcs
Most dangerous has not really been defined but I will give my ideas on what constitutes dangerous.

1. Damage ( The stacks that can do the most damage, best to target them early on, quite often this can be a ranged stack or a stack with mana/spells )
2. Speed ( Faster stacks will get their turn before slower ones so usually rogues over minos gargoyles over golems etc. )
3. Special ability units ( Units with such abilities as strike and return, caster, unlimited retal, no retal.. usually the abilities that are going to cause problems )
4. Retal Stacks ( I always find it useful to take as many of these out as possible so you dont get caught with no retal against a big stack )

Those arejust my thoughts others might have different ideas.
Three options for attacking archers imo...

1. Attack immediately with your archers/spells to keep them from killing your guys.

2. Get melee guys against their shooters, to stop them from shooting.

3. Just let them shoot while you take care of the nonshooters, until either they're the only ones left or they're out of ammo.

Against Orcs and Skeleton bowmen, I usually use option 3. For regular Bowmen, I go with any of the 3 options depending on my mood, er, tactics.
an easy tip kill all high damage inclded bowmen

but with ur troops engage a few high speed troops especially if u have bows they can cause a havoc on ur side like griffins or shrews
