| you get 5 talent points for every level above 3. the only way to get them is to level up. you can reset your talents at any point and select different ones at the bottom of your talent wheel. |
Level in combat?
Can you tell me how many points they gain when step-level? |
You get a "set" amount of Talent Points based upon your Combat Level:
Level 6 = 15
Level 7 = 20
Level 8 = 25
Level 9 = 30
Level 10 = 35
and so on so forth |

| for Tristiam: The point is, you o not "spend" them, you always keep those points. You just use them to choose certain talent builds, which you can unlearn at any second and choose something different. |
