Be level 6, build a blacksmith and than repair them.
Kindly note that reparing is more expensive than selling and buying (unless it is a rare item). |

| Go to your inventory and click 'transfer' under artifact name. |
go to inventory.
make sure the item is 0/X
now click "transfer"
in the new page type in the player name,
transfer with recall in in 1 day and 0 combat
tick - allow repairing
you may set the transaction price as 1 gold. |
