dear administarors,
i have lost 3 battles bacause of server problems. if u want to re check it check my combat log. i have specially brought an internet specialist to check if it was my pc, but he also said the server of the game was the problem because other internet games opend. there are people who actually pay money to play this game, and the least they require is a good connection. i want a refund of my lost artifacts and extra money for the time i have wasted waiting.

you read my message, but you havent given me any answer. i would appreciate action, because this isnt normal to let people suffer and let them wait for more then 30 minutes and then to get out with minus 2 luck and waste of atrifacts.

| I completely agree. I lost a battle because of server lags with full arts and got -2 luck too. If the server is lagging, there should be at least an announcment about it. |

if you notice lag, then just dont start a battle, its your own "fault"
and i am 100% sure they wont give you your artifacts back or paying you some gold because you AFK'ed |
| Please stop whining over some gold. Instead realize that more and more players are coming to this game. And thats a good sign. You too will enjoy more and more battles and community. You cant anticipate server load. Admins allways cared about hardware issues in that past and will too in the future. Btw thanks to Shebali and all others who activly advertise this game around the globe. Thats much more effort than just 3 non-played games I guess )) |
Me, too. I have lost several times because i don't get my troop setup phase or even worse, I can not do the combat phase at all.

The number of player of this game still not increase significantly.
Before this server problem occur, the maximal player who's online is about 1100-1200 people. So, this problem come up not because more people play this game. |
I've problems with game too.
But i have one idea that give me playing on server:
In Windows OS
1) Click on "Start" or windows logo in task bar.
2) Choose comand and write "cmd" then press OK
3) In "black" dos command line print next:
ping www.lordswm.com -t -l 1
4) Press enter and dont close this window.
Now you can load game and play! Good luck! |

I lost 3 combats with full artefacts, because a server problem. Last combat a mercenaries quest 20 min to load, no formation, waits... lost....
Admins, please fix problem with server or when server is FULL, times freezze...
A lot of money lost, points to mercenaries guild lost, admins no answer... :( |

Pinging the Server just shows you the Latency and if the Server is reachable.
Pinging the Server doesn´t improve the Performance of the Connection to the Server. |

there is no such -| switch in the ping command. you most probably took a prozzak ;} |
