You're lvl 2 - why would you need gems?
And from lvl 3 you can buy them on market..
Still, if you really want to buy some, do it at the end of the shift/begining of new one. |

mmm... all I can say id - try again. Get to BG at 14.19 server time, go to mine, than roulette page. refresh roulette until it's like 14:19:58 and hit 'back'
