I've 0 Spell power and 0 Knowledge.
In order to use my spells, I have to obtain some mana.
This can be done if I get +1 in knowledge
But what happen to my spell if spell power is 0?
In other words, can I cast spells if my knowledge is 1 and my spell power is 0 ?

usually sp affects on damage or duration
