how can i buy high lvl arts?
there is no stock in the artifact shop and they aren't produced.
once in a while there is stock in the artifact shop or there is another way to obdain them? |

for example. i'm lvl 6 and i want to buy the longbow.
i check the artifact shop and it doesn't have an option to buy it and it also doesn't have the option alternative purchase site. so how can i buy it? |
