i saw the talent extensive gating..does that affect my % of calling demon reinforcments? i mean like i have my racial skill % + the extensive gating% ?

| Well, yes. It's in the talent description. If w/o it you gate X creatures, with this talent you gate (X+0.1*X+0.05*Luck*X) where Luck=your hero's luck parameter. |
