| with an invitation program does a person just have to click the link to say that i referred them? or do they have to type in my name or something can some1 tell me exactly how it works |

there are 2 ways,
they can click your referral link OR they can put your name in the sqare when they register
But when you click the referral link and register, there is no option to put a referral name somewhere since you used already one with the link
And for the bonusses, it doesnt matter on which way they join the game |
