How can a lvl7 elf win caravans w/o efk?
With difficulty. Wearing lots of arts, too.

I did the first 80 wins at level 7, then i finished Thiefs Guild 2 at level 8 |

I would suggest arts focusing on Initiative. You need to be able to move much faster than your enemy. Having air magic resistance helps quite a bit as well.
So try Rings of Impetuosity, Shoes of Aspiration, Cape of Winds, Equilibrium Blade, Steel Armor (body, helm) and Defender Shield. Amulet of Despair is also a very nice choice, but anything can do fine... luck or morale is good too. |

which and how many arts shall
for all my thief battles i had:
steel helmet
steel cuirass
steel boots
cape of winds
sword of might
amulet of luck
defender or dragon shield
Yes, it is expensive, but for a level 7 elf its very difficult to win, so you need good arts |

I had thought Sword of Might and Dragon Shield were level 8 arts. But, seeing as how they are lvl 7, then yes use them! They are indeed the best :D |
Agreed - its all about arts - and using arts, which have high stats and are not too expensive - because there are a lot battles to do. I used the following setups - the GpB ist calculated as Sell/Rebuy option (real values, not estimated). These arts are cheaper, if you Rebuy them - dont Repair them. If things run smooth, delete the rings.
For Level 7 Ambush (621 Gold per Battle - GpB):
- Equilibrium blade (84 GpB)
- Defender shield (27 GpB)
- Steel boots (88 GpB)
- Steel cuirass (99 GpB)
- Steel helmet (56 GpB)
- 2x Ring of impetuosity (2x 68 GpB)
- Pendant of despair (131 GpB)
For Level 8 Ambush (683 Gold per Battle):
- Sword of might (149 GpB)
- Defender shield (27 GpB)
- Steel boots (88 GpB)
- Light mithril cuirass (96 GpB)
- Steel helmet (56 GpB)
- 2x Ring of impetuosity (2x 68 GpB)
- Pendant of despair (131 GpB)
For Level 9 Ambush (860 Gold per Battle):
- Sword of might (149 GpB)
- Dragon shield (134 GpB)
- Light mithril boots (158 GpB)
- Light mithril cuirass (96 GpB)
