Hey there,
I would like to know what is the probability of getting an Element after such missions, i win a lot of them, i got 10 points on my reputation at the moment, but still didnt get any elements lately..
Is there some sort of rules by which they are been given?

Merc guild level influences what sort of element you can get. Certain elements are only availiable on higher MG level. See MG table here:

Shard given at Mercenaries Guild lvl 0 and higher.
Toadstool MG0+
Abrasive MG1+
Fire crystal MG1+
Windflower MG1+
Witch bloom MG1+
Ice crystal MG2+
Viper venom MG2+
Tiger's Claw MG3+
