2. 1st TG art goes to me + 2000 gold daily for 1st 15 days (deposit must be - 30000 gold)
3. if TGI returned before 15 days I give back rest of cash
4. IF TGI is returned after 15 days (BUT NO MORE THEN 30 DAYS) 2nd thief arts goes also to me + each day after 20 days is 3000 gold worth.
5. if you don't give back TGI in 30 days fine 500,000 gold (market price) or your account will be blocked
6. minimum combat level 7
7. no trade of thief arts during contract
