Standard: 20,000 prepaid, TGI is rented for 4 weeks. You send me artifacts you receive upon reaching TG1 and TG2. If you return TGI in 2 weeks, one of artifacts is returned to you. After 2 weeks of rent payment is 2000 per day.
Gold only: - TGI rented for 5,000 per day, for no longer than 30 days, you keep your artifacts.
In all cases I expect the TGI you receive upon reaching TG 2 (obviously!)
