| Only trick I am aware of is initiative. That is the main thing that decides who shoots first. If you mean elf vs. elf combat. |

| You need to complete enough Hunts to get to Level 2 of the Hunter's Guild. Which is 60 guild points. You get 1 Hunters' guild pt per sucessful hunt and 0.1 when you are assisting |

i think what he meant about the trick is use your bowmen to shoot once then only ask for assistance. then the initiative bar will reset.
i'm just guessing from what he says for i have not reach level 2 HG and have no experince in asking for hunts. if it's assisting then i have. |
