The conditions:
You have to be level 6.
- 1 week = 25000 or one of thief arts recieved on TG1 and TG2 (Syndicate choice);
- 2 weeks = 20000 prepaid and one of thief arts recieved on TG1 and TG2 (Syndicate choice);
- 2 weeks = 20000 prepaid and 40000 after reaching TG2;
- without timer = 5000 gold per day (5 days prepay);
