If you open that message, at the bottom, you ll see 2 buttons
"delete message" and "delete and block author"
and to remove someone from your blacklist, go here

| When they send you mail again there was two button at the bottom right of the box one is delete message but the other is delete and block author, just click on 2nd button.....:D |
| is the flag something that alerts administration or just something for us as a reminder or something? |
