You mean your faction points? You raise it by getting into combat. Each sucessful hunt gives you 0.5 and each battle won gives you about 1 to 3 depending on how many opposing players there are and how much damage you did in comparision to your teammates (if any)
Wearing artifacts may increase the amount gained by a small percentage.
