| How I can repair items? I have enough money. |
You must build a blacksmith in your castle, or solicit the services of other blacksmiths :)
My smith is at 60% repair, when you first start (smith lvl 0) you may only repair 10%. Then each level you increase your smith guild, you can do 10% more.

You cant
If you are level 6 or higher you can build a blacksmith in your castle and repair your own weapons
and at level 3 or higher you can send items to other people so they can repair it for you
But before level 5 you dont need artifacts |
