I don't really know but it usually has some stock left. Except for cape of flame, you can buy any artifact if you match Lv requirement and resource. If there is no stock left you can buy from map. It usually has some stock left too, except for Ring of inspiration that sold out rapidly each end of shift.

well, that's why i was aiming to buy those items from the art shop cos although the difference is just a few hundreds, that few hundreds at my level, it really means a lot to us. |
