| for a 0/8 art would 70% repair and 80% repair both get 6/8? What is the rules for rounding? |
its all rounded down
so even if its 5,9/9 then its still 5/9
so 70% makes it 5/8 and 80% makes it 6/8
however 50% and 60% are the same (4/8 and 4.8/8 = 4/8) |

at 60% - 4/7
at 70% - 5/7

yes max durability is always reduced by 1
