you cant get "more" racial skill points then exp
That would mean that in a hunt you would get 0,4 exp (O_o) and 0,5 FSP
Best exp - FSP ratio are the monster quests from the mercernary missions
You have to beat 1 big monster, it gives you really low exp
Something like 30-50 exp, but you get 0,5 FSP =)
some other people might recommend to fight the dragons, dont know much about it

The best way to get more racial points is to do only piece of cake and low threat lvl hunts they all give 0.5 racial points with low exp
And pass by medium,high and challenging hunts.
Stop pvp.

Just use the cheapest combination
or do those mercernary monster missions, some might be a bit difficult, but give really low exp and 0,5 FSP if you win |
