First of all, you should increase your orcs.
And why did you increase your knowledge? |

yes all stats to attack, increasing your faction lvl will also help a great deal. Yours is awfully low for lvl3, domore hunts and less PvP
easy tactic is to always have retal takers handy before attacking with riders, kill enemy shooters first and let melee units come to you. Take retal with single stack of goblin then finish them with rider. |
