basically it determines the order in which troops get their turns |
what can u buy or get to raise your initiative |
Artifacts and faction skill points increase initiative, so does Thief Guild. |
how do you start thief's guild |
You have to be level 6 and either buy a TGI (Thieves Guild Invitation) with diamonds (Which you get by donating 80ˆ to the game) or buy it from another player, or rent it from another player. |

#1:
Another interpretation of the initiative (for practical applications):
One hero turn (the main reference turn) is considered the time in between 2 consecutive actions of your hero (initiative 10). One creature initiative - 10 gives the number of extra/less turns the creature will have in 10 spell turns.
Example:
A sprite with initiative 15 will have 5 extra turns in every 10 turns of your hero. A golem with initiative 7 will skip 3 turns every 10 turns of your hero (that's why the golems get speed +1 every 7 of their moves). So, basically, if you fight with sprites against the golems, on average, your sprites will have two moves for one golem move for 9 hero turns in a row and three sprite move for one golem move every 10th hero move. In other words (if we change the system of reference to the golems moves), every 7th golem move the sprites will be three times faster, and two times faster in rest. |
