In short, Do this while you try to familiar with the game.
1 Try to fight only in hunt until Lv4.
2 Enroll[Work at facility] often as much as possible.
3 Study tactics from higher level player or top hunter list at your level.

Not that long perhaps. It's important to use advantage of often (every 15-20 min) hunts on levels 1-2, as well as make a habit of enrolling. In future combining, balancing PvM and PvP is good idea.
If you use FireFox there ae good scripts, that remind you to enroll every hour. |
