You can get rid of the points from MG. Probably since these are points you get to chose where to put.
LG, HG and TG are set bonuses though, so those stay as they are.
As for Luck, Morale and Initiative, there's no way of getting those (as primary parameters) apart from artifacts, talents and (temporarily) Gamblers Guild. That means that it's easy to "get rid" of them. Just unequip the art, or remove the talent. |

Ah, and Elves have +3% initiative as a racial bonus. Can't get rid of that either. |

Deleted post 7 by mistake. Yes, TG does give ini that's unresetable. |
The initiative from faction skill is not added to you as primary parameters. They are added to your troops. Remember that you can get Attack, Defense and even Luck from faction skill. These points are awarded to your troops, and not to you. |
