Ikke,
Just go to the Ridge of Hope and stand around doing nothing for a while. The dragons will come find you by ambushing you.
I think lvl7 can defeat them. Although it depends on how many come.

For 4 : Just spend some time in Rigde of Hope, you may encounter them. The waiting time is absolutely Random !
For 5 : Can.
For 1 : There will be no production and mining facilities for now . |
