| I have to agree with you Archimonde that the Mercenary Quests are so hard, I consider them impossible to complete. I'm not wasting any more Durability of my Artifacts fighting these impossible battles. A shame too. I really wanted to complete them but the opposing armies are so strong, it makes Mercenary Quests no fun. :-( |

Refer the FAQ of Gurumao. It will help , in lvl 5 , I did atleast a dozen quests and more.
Don't try Invaders (except knight, its damn easy), Dont try monsters , and try to do brigands u might win there. |

and vanguards , try all except necro. and army all but for necro and elf armies u need good arts. |

army's arnt that hard
u can try them
try to wear AoL (its usefull to be able to luck :p)
also make sure u hav enough time to complete the quest b4 u accept |

It's really ordinary for elves. It is very common to have advanced fortune(or expert fortune for higher levels), combined with the common amulet of luck, you already get 3.
my reputation is now 1.5.
Complete 3 mercenary quests in a row without declining, and you'll get 1.5 rep. That's just how it works, nothing special about it. As for completing 3 in a row, well that is subjective. You might have gotten lucky with 3 easy ones. Anyway rep doesn't give you any benefit that is really useful.
