| You don't get tier 5+ at level 2. These artifacts are rewards for the Dwarven war being won. We don't have enough forces to defeat dwarves. We will after a couple of months when we have level 14s. These artifacts are not level 2. I don't see why you are worried about them at level 2. New factions will come when admins feel like it. |
